A starting draft for how orders placed through this store work. Have this reviewed by a lawyer before you rely on it — it isn't legal advice.
- Prices are indicative. Listed prices are starting prices in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and may change based on specification, brand, or stock availability. We confirm the final price with you before any order is finalised.
- How an order is confirmed. Adding an item to your cart and checking out creates an order request. If you pay online via Pesapal at checkout, your order is confirmed automatically once that payment is verified. If you don't pay immediately, the order stays "Awaiting Payment" until you pay or our team contacts you to confirm it — usually within two hours during business hours.
- Payment. Online payment is made securely by card or mobile money via Pesapal, a third-party licensed payment processor. We never see or store your card number, CVV or mobile money PIN — Pesapal handles and secures that directly.
- Delivery & collection. Delivery is available within Kampala and can be arranged upcountry at an added cost. Collection from our office is also available. Timelines and any delivery fee are agreed when your order is confirmed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays, weather, network or system outages).
- Stock & availability. Some items are supplied to order. If a product is out of stock or discontinued after you've paid, we'll offer the closest available alternative or a full refund of the amount paid for that item.
- Warranty. Hardware carries the manufacturer's or supplier's standard warranty unless stated otherwise. Services and installations carry a workmanship guarantee agreed at the time of order. Beyond that warranty, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
- Cancellations & refunds. An unpaid order can be cancelled at any time by simply not paying for it — no charge either way. Once an order is paid, contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation; refunds for orders cancelled before dispatch are processed within an agreed number of working days, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees.
- Discount codes. Coupon codes apply to product subtotals only, may be withdrawn or changed at any time, and are limited to one per order.
- Fair use. We reserve the right to refuse, delay, or cancel (with a full refund) any order we reasonably suspect is fraudulent, abusive, or placed in error.
- Your information. The details you provide at checkout are used to process and deliver your order — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle them.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any dispute we can't resolve directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ugandan courts.
- Contact for disputes. Any concern about an order should be raised with our team by phone or email as soon as possible so we can resolve it directly.
